I write this in April of 2021. I closed in October 2020. If you are wondering what in the heck took me 6 months to write a review, listen closely. Despite this being a “seller’s market”, the act of selling a house is hard. Buying a house is even more difficult. Doing both in 30 days is absolute madness. The kind of madness that mental health documentaries are made of. Just because your neighbor’s sister sells real estate or a coworker’s second cousin just got their RE license does not mean they are a real estate professional. Sure, they can buy and sell houses...just like anyone can “sing”. Do you want Celine Dion to sing at your next gig or Alfalfa from The Little Rascals?

It has taken me six months to write this because my family did the impossible in 30 days. We sold, we bought, and closed on the same day in the wildest real estate market many have ever seen. When there’s unforeseen mold, a questionable septic system, and actual shag carpet...Liz will talk you off the ledge. She’ll connect you with resources, micromanage you because you are a hot mess (I have SIX kids), and, and get $130K more for your house than another very respected realtor said you would. Seriously.
